Dear All, Myself Sreekanth worked as HR Manager for building material manufacturing company (AAC BLOCKS & AAC BONDS). I joined this company by March 2017 and given me target for closing all the vacancies in Districts, HO and Plant (Executive - Sales Head States for AP & TS) and initial salary offered was 2.5lpa without any deduction means 21kpm take home without ESI & PF later they made it inclusive of ESI & PF which net turned 17kpm and promised me later completion of 3 months they committed to give decent package based on my performance this was my first issue. Now I have completed hiring across all districts and states, plant and ho.
MD called me for his cabin yelled and abused and asked me to leave the company with immediate effect. He never explained me any thing and I requested to give me chance to understand what happened I will try to explain and speak
But this was of no use. After one week I went back to MD for experience & relieving letters and f&f he once again yelled and abused me to get out of his company.
Twice I filled all vacancies in plant due to MD's behaviour firstly hired people ran away from plant surrendering all office sim.
Closed all vacancy in company but however plant recruitment was not given to me as part of my KRA but still I closed all vacancies on request.
Now he is not giving me any info about ESI & PF my one month notice.
What to do please help me I stay in Hyderabad.

Dear Shreekanth,
please write to MD in writing what all you have stated here.please ask for Notice pay as mentioned in your Appointment letter.please also ask about EPF/ESI Remittance & Relieving letter & Service Certiificate.please build your record by communicating in writing immediately.

Dear Srinath,
Firstly thank you for the valuable suggestion, but I have asked him everything through mail marking cc to director who is his wife and couple of present working employees but he blocked all the mails and deleted my mail he has not responded till now what can I do further. I'm in confusion to go for police station or labour court but it is time consuming which is directly effecting my career.
And his father is very big business man in AP, TS and PAN India and his company is Rs.1500/cr and to face them is bit tough.
Please suggest.
