I was employed in an Education Institute for 7 years in the administration department. Upon completing 7 years of service, I resigned and requested my gratuity. However, the Institute has refused to provide gratuity, citing ineligibility as per Maharashtra Govt. G.R.

Read -

1. Government Resolution No.: Senive-1009/CR.31/SER-4, dated 05th May 2009.
2. Government Resolution No.: Senive-1009/CR.69/SER-4, dated 21st August 2009.

Could someone please assist me in accessing the above Government Resolutions for clarification? Additionally, if I am indeed eligible for gratuity, kindly guide me on the necessary information and documents to present to the Deemed University Management.
