Top to Bottom?

Top is interested in propagating the Vision/Mission at no cost. If they are interested, top management should take the people into confidence and appraise them for the future. Slowly, people will respond to this, and based on the reactions from both top to bottom, you can finalize the activities that need to be carried out.

Dear Deep,

Please discuss with your Senior Management about their willingness and seriousness in bringing awareness to all employees. Discuss the budget aspect as well.

You can plan for charts and displays, have the mission and vision statements printed on the front side of a small card with a calendar on the back, and issue it to all employees.

You can also plan a gathering of all your employees for a high tea one hour before the end of the General shift. Have the Senior Management team, including the MD, Directors, CEO, President, Business Head, and all HODs present. Let them brief about the mission and vision statements, emphasizing their necessity and importance, and conclude with the high tea.

Additionally, you can plan for a small memento with the company Logo, Mission, Vision statement, etc.

Above all, it is crucial to assess how serious the Senior Management is in following through. For instance, in one organization, the management dismisses employees without valid reasons, contradicting their core value of "Respect to the individual." I hope you can understand.

Thank you,
