Hello Every1...i want to know in case of staff,if someone basic is less than 7000 how to calculate their bonus???
Example- As per section-10&11 under bonus act, we have to calculate 8.33%- 20% on minimum wages in case of worker and 7000 for staff,but if any staff basic is less than 7000 than on which amount is applicable for bonus calculation....
