Thanks.. Hasan... But my requirement is different... My organisation is doing career planning for its employees and the CEO has asked me to draft a format for this career planning... Like an "x" employee is currently performing ".............." task and he has to perform ".................." tasks within a span of 2 to 3 yrs so what are the skills required by him to perform that task in 3 yrs time?
So, kindly help me out in drafting such a format....
