I have a confusions pertaining to incentive.
Supposed One employee whose monthly gross is 10k... But he will get 2.5 K as incentive on the monthly basis.
So..my question is that the incentive will effect in salary slip and salary certificate or how the company will show the amount and where they will give the effect.
Can you guys please help me to get resolve regarding the same..
