Please suggest that if an unskilled worker is receiving minimum wages and after some years of experience, obviously, he has some ability and possesses the skills of a skilled worker. My question is, is he entitled to receive the rate of a skilled worker after gaining experience? Similarly, in the case of a skilled worker, after some experience, can they receive a higher skilled rate of minimum wage? I think it should be mentioned during the minimum wage rate settlement negotiation.
