Hi all,

I have lost my I-Card a few days ago, and now I have resigned from my company. The company's HR department is asking me to return the I-Card in order to settle the full and final payment. Without the I-Card, they are unable to process my full and final settlement.

What should I do? Please suggest.

You should have informed immediately to the company that you lost your ID card, after all it is the property of the company. Now verbally convince the management and try to settle the issue.

At least now submit a letter that you have lost the card and request them to consider relieving you. If they are not agreeable please ask them to recover the cost of the ID card and relieve you.
