Dear All,
Please find the attachments in EPF and ESIC. The gist can be summed up as follows:
1. Fourteen days prior to retirement, the forms should be submitted to the PF authority.
2. Guidance will be provided for the final submission for the next attempt; so, no more hassle!
3. All forms should be stamped boldly as "RETIREMENT CLAIMS - TOP PRIORITY."
4. The employer may make a one-month advance remittance for the retiree. In that case, the amount will be credited before the retirement date.
5. File a single challan under ESIC.
6. UAN allotment should be done before filing ECR.
7. It is mandatory for the Employer to issue UAN, or else the new joiner remittance will not occur.
8. Changes have been made in Para 72(6) of the EPF Scheme.
Your feedback is appreciated.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
