Hello everyone, i got terminated from company from company.will they provide experience letter and in experience letter termination word used or not ?? please answer i am very worried about it.

Dear Rachita,
You haven't mentioned the reasons behind your termination. It all depends upon your relationship with the company officials.If you approach them and request them (HR dept.) to issue experience certificate without mentioning any adverse remarks/reasons, they may agree to it.

Thank you for your answer.Reason behind it is poor performance.They says that they will give me experience letter but not say that termination word is used or not.

Dear Rachita,
Your employer probably has not been advised properly by the HR dept. If the termination was on the ground of poor performance, instead of termination, they should have asked you to resign from the services, which should have been a better proposition.
You can still request them to issue experience certificate without using the word termination or mention of poor performance.

How do you expect members of this forum to give you the answer to this question? The only person who can give you the answer as to whether the word termination will be there in the letter on not is the hr of your company.
Therefore, it would be a good idea to go and speak to them and try to convince them not to put the World termination in the letter

Dear Rachita,
As a good employer,a business doing company does not want to fall degraded. We used to issue experience letter if after termination also, concerned individuals wanting experience letter approached with resignation letter and a separate letter that he received dues and nothing remains unpaid, we have given experience certificate on these.Employers also does not want any unnecessary controversy and fight with anyone and there is no harm also doing this, as I strongly recommend always to be cool and support individuals who have not deliberately caused any loss/ damage to company.
Please meet personally to your immediate boss and HR Head, request them that you want exp. certificate and in return you will write any such matters - it is likely that you get certificate.Doing this much shall not cause not any harm to you. Its always good, to go with experience certificate not Termination Letter, please do this as aimfully.

Ms. Rachita,
If services were terminated on notice of the employer, that depends solely on his discretion to make a mention or not of the term termination in the experience letter. No legal bar on him.

Hi ,
As suggestion given from your side, i met hr head and she told me termination word is not used and they will provide me experience letter and releiving letter.Currently i am serving notice period.

Apart from what seniors have advised since you were terminated for poor performance so the span will be not more, secondly since you were not expertise in your work wherein you were terminated how would a company give you a experience certificate with good remarks.

Your latest statement is contradictory to what you said in your original query. In original query, you stated, " i got terminated from company," but now you have stated, "Currently i am serving notice period." Any reason for such contradiction?
