Recently, I was referred by someone in a company for a job. That job was not publicly advertised.
They called me for my first interview with tech team. After two days, they called me for a second interview with head of the dept. and asked me to bring copy of documents. They asked me to fill a form and later sent my docs with form to the HR.
All they said was "We will inform you soon...."
Now it has been 3 days and I haven't heard anything from them.
Should I keep any hope or does it mean NO? I don't know why HR is taking so long.....
Most of the time everything starts from HR dept. and goes towards interview proccess...
With me it was first interview and later it went to HR dept. which is quite unusual as well.

Dear TED-KHI,
It is observed that your query is in context to Pakistan. The practice and labour laws are different for two countries. I am replying in indian context. Actually 3 days are not too much time that you should start worryingly about the result of interview. You know that after interview the HR dept. will decide your salary, placement, dept., on the job or orientation training, data base etc.etc. because their Dept. is responsible for the manpower planning of the organization.
My advice is wait for another week's time and then you enquire
from them about the fate of interview.
