Hi Team,
I had completed 15 months in one of the organisation as a system engineer and I felt like to leave the job because of some issue with my company I was working for one of the client company and it was very nice but problem was with my company so I informed to my client company branch manager that I'm leaving the job because I got nice opportunity in other organisation and immediate joining is there so he was not having any problem with it and I left the job on last Saturday and I informed to my company on Wednesday.
I said to them that it's not possible to serve a notice period of 45 days so my reporting manager told me that he will terminate me and it was okay for me because I don't want the reliving letter after that on same day that is on Wednesday my salary got credited in my saving account SBI but today after 2 days they debited whole salary from my account because I had not served the notice period so what should I do any idea or suggestion can I get???
Thanx and regards,
Nikhil

Hi,
I see you are from Thane, so under Bombay Shops and Establishment Act that applies to all Maharashtra, they have to pay you the wages. But they can still file a civil suit under Contract Act as you made a breach of Contract. But they cannot take your right to wage under the pretence of Notice period violation. You can approach your area's Labour Inspector and lodge a complaint.

If your organisation has a office in Thane, then you can do so. If not you have to file under Tamil Nadu Shops and Establishment Act. for Tamil Nadu Shops and Establishhhment Act
