what is the elgibility for taking home loan , like time period in epf required for taking home loan from epf.
what is the rate of interest epf charges .
what is the limit of home loan a person can take according to his salary.
For how long loan period can be extended .
kindly inform me the set rules of epf for providing home loan to employees.

EPFO is not giving any Home Loan.
You can able to apply for "PF Advance" - For refund of outstanding principal and interest of a home loan. Eligibility criteria is you should have completed 10 years of EPF Service.
You can avail 36 month's basic(+da) salary or all pf money (including employee share, employer share and interest) or total loan outstanding, whichever is least. They will pay directly to the Agency. Note: Your EPS Money will continue.
