i have joined in a company as a java developer 5 months ago, i am still in probation period, i am a java developer but currently working on php, so i have decieded to leave from current company, company is asking me to server 4 months notice period.
below is company agreement:
Termination of employment by Company shall be three months advance notice in writing or payment of three months basic pay in lieu of the notice period and termination of employment by Employee shall be only by serving a three months advance notice in writing. Such notice may not be offset by unused leave. In the event that the Employee’s service with the company is less than a year, then such an Employee is required to serve a four months advance notice in writing.
I dont want work on php. how to leave this company without servering 4 months.i requested HR 100 time they are saying we can't break agreement.
