Hi Friends,
I have a query regarding the implementation of the sexual harassment policy. It is mandatory to have the policy in place, but what about the panel? We do not have a senior female employee to be part of the panel as we are a company with over 30 members. In this case, without forming the panel, is there a way we can still publish the policy and incorporate it into the company's HR policies?
Please advise.

You need to have a policy and also constitute an Internal Committee. If you do not have any female employee at a senior level, you can nominate a female at a fairly senior level. Then, you can nominate a female as an external member on the committee. If you wish, I can act as an external member on your committee. I am already nominated on various ICCs for clients across India. Please feel free to connect to discuss the matter.
