Hi all,

I am in my second year of my MBA and currently working on a project focused on emotional intelligence training for stress management. I am searching for specific emotional intelligence competency-based training that can aid in coping with and managing stress in the workplace, with a particular emphasis on leadership and managerial roles. Any links or literature related to this topic would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
