I am working in the manufacturing unit as an Executive - HR & Admin, and I have a basic knowledge of PMS but no practical experience. Now, I have to start setting up KRAs, KPIs, and PMS activities.

First, I need to prepare KRAs for the production supervisor, production manager, store manager, and all other common departments of the manufacturing unit. I require your assistance in preparing KRAs, defining measured KPIs, and guiding through the process. Additionally, I need a basic format to start with.
