I am working for a private limited company in Delhi as an HR Executive. One of our employees who is working with us since last 4 months and is currently under probation period, has requested for an NOC and bonafide letter as he wants to travel abroad and has to apply for the visa.
Please let me know that as per laws, can we issue him the NOC and bonafide letter ?
