I have cleared TCS interview on 14th May 2016.After that they offer me.When i got offer i was working on small startup company.I was working since 3months only.That company paid me salary in cheques and last salary in cash(as they have some money issues in bank account).but they were not providing me any salary slips in payments.They were cutting 3000Rs. of bonus from salary but they didnot mention it in offer letter not even they give me any kind me writing proof for same.(I have not asked them for same).Now BGC asked me for 3000rs. bonus in writing, I told them that it was not in writing.They asked me for bank statements i provided them but in bank statement I have deposited 20,500/- cheque(as 3000 was cutting as bonus and other 1500/- was cutting as leaves dedcution) they paid me last month salary in Cash(21,500).I have explained everything to BGC in mail and also provided salary details documents for same.Now they are saying that you should have bonus details in offer letter(which is not mentioned present). I told them to check salary details documents (where bonus thing is mentioned)but BGC didnot agree.please suggest me ways.Should i meet HR personally at respective region or any other way you suggest me please).
