1. Sir, the ESI Act, 1948, and EPF & MP Act, 1952 are Central Acts, and the provisions of these Acts are applicable on an equal basis throughout India. The only exception is the concept of implemented areas in ESIC. I think there is no specific provision for the Telangana State.
2. If you desire, you can download necessary information from the websites of the above two departments and then raise any specific issues again in this thread, if desired.

Dear All,
PF is a centralized Act. The due date is on or before the 15th of every month.
ESIC is also a centralized Act, with the due date on or before the 21st of every month.
For the Professional Tax Act, if applicable to your state, please check this first. As per Gross Wages Tax slab, you have to pay to the authority on or before the 21st of every month.

Thank you for the answers. I have one more query.
I'm currently working in a medium-sized company which has 400+ employees. Most of them are on the payroll, and we need to deduct ESI, EPF, and PF as per the Acts. However, I am confused about deducting TDS on salaries. Is it mandatory for organizations to deduct TDS on salaries if the employee has taxable income? Are there any standard deduction rates?
For example, the salary structure of 3 employees is as follows. Can anyone please advise me on deducting TDS on salaries? Please note that all employees have standard deductions such as PF on basic, professional tax of 200 for each employee, and no other deductions are made in the salary.
Employee 1: Basic 11,180, HRA 6,450, CA 2,150, Special Allowance 1,720. Total Salary: 21,500/- PM
Employee 2: Basic 13,000, HRA 7,500, CA 2,500, Special Allowance 2,000. Total Salary: 25,000/- PM
Employee 3: Basic 15,600, HRA 9,000, CA 3,000, Special Allowance 2,400. Total Salary: 30,000/- PM
Based on the above salary structures, please advise on deducting TDS. Your prompt reply will be highly appreciated.
