I have worked in a company through third-party payroll. Now, I have joined a new BPO CMM Level 5 company by submitting fake experience, a fake payslip, and a fake relieving letter that I prepared. The company has completed the background verification process, and HR is now asking me to resubmit the original documents. What should I do? Should I submit the original documents now, or should I abscond? I have also not received one month's salary. The background verification was completed within 20 days. My previous third-party payroll company has many complaints regarding employment issues, payment problems, and offer letter discrepancies in consumer court.

Be honest as we are under the scanner each time we are in the job market, especially when we apply for senior positions. On a personal level, one setback can also be mentally damaging. It is better to take a confident step than to make a shaky move.
