An employee has left the organization 8 months ago and rejoined now. However, he has not claimed his old PF amount. Please let me know the procedure to be followed for the transfer of his amount from the old account to the new account.

What stops you from using same old a/c. Why open multiple PF a/cs??. Ask employee to apply for UAN.

Mr. N. Mohan. There is No Need to open a new a/c continue with his old EPF account. If Employee worked somewhere else then he can transfer his 8 month EPF in your Code’s EPF A/c. Regards
