Dear SanyaNCN,
Scope of learning irrespective of the context is always infinite.
All activities in training and development fall under some kind of learning or other.
During a Training session all the participants learn – by themselves, by watching others, by observing the faculty, by experience etc. To top it all the faculty also learns provided he is with an open mind.

Dear Sanya NCN,

Team Kritarth knows that knowing the role (expectations from training) and scope of learning; training and development (domain excellence) do not just happen. These are caused by constant unlearning and relearning by the concerned organization as well as its members to become better-than-before; a phenomenon not static nor stereotype.

Unbusiness-like, however, such interventions often resulted in kind of jamboree and the investment of hopes for good-to-great growth recoiled. This was mostly due to mistaken training needs identification. As far as training delivery is concerned, oftentimes, price prevailed, and value creation was ignored. Consequently, such important result-producing initiatives were used as a grievance forum against immediate superiors, org policies, precedents, and alleged discrimination of all sorts.

The critical/crucial learning and experience events were like a fountain of knowledge where some came to drink whereas others to gargle.

Training or learning is about evolving—by the trainees and their patrons, both.

The time has come to seek redemption by giving full attention to evolving through such interaction with newer experiences in management and leadership functions to be able to pinpoint and remove all unhelpful work habits and restrictive practices and emerge as thinking-employees (exercising discretion).

Team Kritarth has, for the past 46 years, passed on the baton (knowledge, know-how, sensitivity, and sensibilities) to all those participants in the hundreds of training opportunities.

Team Kritarth focuses on training for teaching new behavior, newer perspectives, and a commitment to learning to do the right things right, the first time, every time.

Team Kritarth is aware and agrees that the future belongs to those who are yet learning, not to those who are already learned.

Team Kritarth welcomes ideas at info@kritarth.in / shakti@kritarth.in / hksharan@kritrth.in.
