Hi all,
My name is Sathyadas, and I work in a steel manufacturing company as an HR professional. I am seeking assistance in improving and motivating employees in the factory area, from department in-charges to supervisor-level employees. I would appreciate suggestions on monetary benefits and other motivational activities that I can implement. Additionally, I would like guidance on motivating office administration employees and implementing job rotation programs.
Thank you.

Employee Engagement and Motivation Strategies
Some of the measures that you can take up are:
1. Have continuous dialogues with your people, maybe by meeting different employees during lunchtime, initiating tea meetings with departmental people, etc., to get to know what bothers them.
2. An Open Forum discussion once a month will help them voice their problems or issues. This forum can also be used to ask for their suggestions or ideas to improve company facilities, productivity, work culture, etc.
3. Start employee engagement activities, such as celebrations, fun games, birthday bashes, picnics, indoor games, etc.
4. In terms of monetary benefits, initiate incentive schemes/rewards schemes to keep your employees motivated and engaged.
