Hi Shweta,

Whether you are preparing a Recruitment Dashboard or a Manpower-related Dashboard.

A Recruitment Dashboard contains all information about positions (Vacant positions, Filled positions, Skill-wise, experience-wise positions, etc.). On the other hand, a Manpower-related Dashboard may include Age-wise distribution of manpower, Education-wise distribution, Experience-wise distribution, Gender-wise manpower strength, Demographic-wise analysis, and so on.

You can add many other elements depending on your requirements. A dashboard will greatly assist you in the future.
