Dear Friends,
Greetings of the day. I joined this Knowledge Sharing Forum on 18 Jan 2009, upon the advice of my friend, Mr. Mukunthan. From day one, I have been observing the day-to-day activities on this Portal and have started sharing my opinions, views, replies, comments, suggestions, etc., wherever I find the relevance of my posts.
Till now, in the last 7 years, I have posted over 4500 posts in more than 3200 threads, with 200,000+ downloads of shared attachments and have received 1000 appreciations, which I consider an achievement that I would like to share with all of you. Throughout my journey on Cite HR, I have replied to numerous threads, sometimes unintentionally hurting some members with my responses. I felt it was necessary at that time, but upon rereading them now, I realize they may have caused offense. I sincerely and wholeheartedly apologize to those members who were affected.
Your wishes and blessings serve as a motivating factor and encourage me to further engage with the knowledge-sharing platform, Cite HR.

Things said on a text only medium, to complete strangers are often misconstrued. You shouldn’t give them a second thought. 1000 appreciations is quite an incredible feat. :) Regards, Sid

Dear Bhaskar,
Number of appreciations or number of posts itself, I prefer commending you for the credibility and soundness of your replies. They were to the point, addressed specific issues, and hardly showed any logical overreach. Your very latest reply for the post titled "[Is it possible to get a relieving letter after getting terminated](https://www.citehr.com/551937-possible-get-relieving-letter-after-getting-terminated.html#post2284440)" is a case in point.
In the journey of citehr, you are an excellent companion. I wish you to attain more milestones in the near future.
All the best!

Dear Mr. V. Raghunathan,
There is a saying that if you share your happiness, it enhances, and if you share your sorrows, it reduces. I felt pride upon seeing my 1000th like. Normally, when achieving any milestone, I used to share it with my near and dear ones with some snacks party or lunch outing in the office. However, as we are all staying in different locations now, it is not possible to have a get-together. That's the reason why I felt like sharing the same through a new thread. If the Administrator feels that it will unnecessarily occupy more space, they have the full right to delete the thread. I do not have any negative feelings about it. I am simply sharing my opinion and do not have any regrets.
Of course, I fully understand that no one has any need for the above statistical data. It's like when a tenth-grade student comes and discloses their results with joy, even though it is not relevant to us, we cheerfully congratulate them and inquire about their future plans in life. By knowing the future plans of the 10th student, we are not going to do anything, but we ask out of courtesy, and the student's morale will be boosted knowing that their moment of happiness is being heard by neighbors.
I hope you can understand my feelings while posting this thread. However, presently, I feel offended by this post. As I am the one who posted it, my conscience will not allow me to delete it. Therefore, I kindly request our administrator or any moderator to delete the thread.
Thank you.
