Hi all,
I want to know the PF balance of my previous organization where I was working, but I do not have the complete information about the establishment code. Also, my PF number is the same as my employee code in my salary slip, which is 60057814. When I opened the E-PFO site, the option states that the PF number should be a maximum of 7 digits. However, the above-mentioned code, which is the same as my PF and employee code, consists of 8 digits. Please help in this case.
Thanks & Regards,

Hi Shiva,
You need to have a complete PF number.
PF Number - Example: It starts with the state as MH or AP, followed by the regional PF code - MH/VSH/. Then, you need to follow the establishment code. If the establishment code is not 7 digits, add zeros before the code - MH/VSH/0012600/. After that, add three zeros - MH/VSH/0012600/000/. Your PF number should look like this: MH/VSH/0012600/000/0000123.
I hope this clarifies your doubt.

Dear Sir,
My question is on the mandatory supporting documents for PF withdrawal. Is Aadhar Card mandatory? As I was going through news on the same case, I found that sometimes it's mandatory and sometimes not. So, I wanted to know the reason why it is mandatory and if not, then why? I am very sorry if it's a repeated question. I need help to understand. Also, could anybody help me with any website through which I can keep myself updated on PF?
