Hello,
My qualification is in Marketing, but I have been working on helping my husband create better HR policies in the organization. I am interested in implementing Performance Appraisal, Employee of the Year, and Best Salesperson of the Month programs. Our criteria place strong emphasis on quantity, giving higher weightage to target achievement. I am struggling to develop a suitable format for these programs. I understand the key factors but am unsure how to structure them effectively.
Our organization is involved in trading FMCG products such as Garnier, Henkel, etc.
I would greatly appreciate any assistance you could provide on this matter.
Thank you,
Radhika

Dear Radhika,
I provide consulting services to establish a Performance Management System (PMS). For the benefit of this forum, earlier I had uploaded the "Sample KPI and KRA Manual". Click on the hyperlink to refer to it. Secondly, Performance Appraisal (PA) is a part of PMS. You need to institute organization-wide PMS. To know more about it, you may click the following link and improve your understanding: https://www.citehr.com/548845-key-re...ator-goal.html
