This is with reference to amendment in ESI with respect to wage ceiling limit which is upto 15,0000/- rupees. In our company some of our employees have gross salary more than 15,000/- and both employee and employer contribution is made but, no medical facilities is extended to employees in own company hospital, In this case, i seek clarification whether they should be covered under ESIC or not and get medical facilities in ESIC hospital or not?

You have mentioned that there are employees whose gross salary cross Rs. 15000/- limit, then too the ESIC Contributions from both sides i.e. Employee and Employer are made to ESIC (Which I doubt). Assuming if the contributions are made regularly then the employees are covered under ESIC and will get Medical facilities from ESIC Hospital only, I fail to understand the Hicupp please elaborate so to get proper view/response for your post.
