Hello everyone,

Seeking help to start up my own business in the BPO sector. I have three years of experience in this sector and currently work as a team lead in an organization. I have a keen interest in business and would like to establish my business with a 5-seater non-voice backend process. However, I have no idea whom or how to approach for a business deal. Location, infrastructure, and a legal team have not been established yet.

Please provide me with some suggestions on how to proceed.

Thanks in advance.

Hi,

Not sure whether you have started since your post is 6 months old. The most important aspect for a start-up is to have a business plan and a reasonable amount of capital to launch. Since you have been a team lead in a BPO for 3 years, you may already know the operational aspects of the business. However, that alone is not sufficient. Start asking questions like how did my company manage to get the business from the client on the process that I am working on. Apply reason and you will come to see the importance of many other factors besides the aspect of operations.

Cheers

Businesses starting need a plan on how you will be ordering, where and at what time you will likely be opening or closing your operational office. All of that needs to be programmed in time. Capital is needed, which can be in the form of land or money.
