Do you have any exposure towards core HR Functions like Recruitment, Compensation, Compliance, Training & Development, Separation. Try to speak with your friends, colleagues, seniors who are currently working as HR Professionals and try to understand basic HR Functions. Because each aforesaid function in HR covers vast subject which requires time and patience to understand.
