Hi all,

One of my ex-colleagues has opened a business for stock market advisory, but due to manpower constraints, he is unable to run the business. He has now approached me to take over his processes and run it as an agency. He is offering me 50 percent of the profits on the payments I make. I would like to know more about the registration process and the agreement details. It would be great if someone could provide me with an agreement format and information on the necessary licenses.

I appreciate your suggestions.

Regards,
Sunder

Hi Sunder, you have to be sure what type of company you are going to start, whether it's a Private Limited company or a partnership, etc. Based on that, you have to proceed. If you want professional advice, we can connect you with the right people for the same. Please provide your location where you are currently operating or planning to operate.

Thanks

Hi Fred,

I want to open in Mumbai, and my friend asked me to start with a 5-seater. It's a start, so I want to go as a sole trader. However, as I don't know much about it, I am posting on this website. The nature of the work will be mainly calling because I have to reach customers by calling and provide them with advice.

Hi Sunder,

Thank you for the update. I understand that you are planning to hire 5 people for tele-calling work. Is that correct? Do you already have office space arranged for this purpose? Please connect via email at ascensionconsult@rediffmail.com.

Sincerely
