I have started in my earlier IT/BPO co. such bonus of Rs.3000.oo per employe if both existing employee and person refered by him stays for say atleast 6 months service. In my present Financial Co. we have started for Rs. 300.00 per employe for 3 months service duration. In one call centre it was Rs. 300 per referal per employee on joining of the co.

Actually, referral bonus policy differs from co. to co. I my co. they pay 50% of that candidates salary if he is recruited in my dept., whereas for other department they pay 30% to 40%. depending upon candidates attitude at the time of interview.In big MNC they have a point scheme for such things and they calculate the bonus in terms of output received from the new candidate and such bonus r paid in $ or credited in ur personal A/c.
