I recently joined a company in Mumbai.at the time of joining they have given me copy of offer letter print out and said it is original as the ceo has signed it. After 3 months probation successfully completed they given me another print out now with company stamp on it.when I ask to give me offer letter on bond paper with company letterhead on it, they say that my offer letter is assisted with company stamp so no need to worry about the bond paper as the print out copy with company stamp is equal to bond paper. Please assist me in the following confusion of mine. Hope I'm clear on my subject.

Dear Ravi, If the Letter has been printed on the company letter head, it is a valid letter and there is no need to have the same on the Bond Paper. Regards, Ashutosh Thakre

In today's world there is no difference between a letterhead or bond a paper or ordinary print. The days where people
Bothered to print letter head are gone. In face many documents are today just sent on email.
They have given you a letter with the signature of an authorised officer of the company. That is enough.

I do hope signature is original and not photocopy of signature.
Giving a proper duly signed offer/appointment letter bearing signature in ink and company seal is a proper way of documentation and authenticity.

Dear Ravi,
I was just going through your above post.
Just want to ask you about your Appointment Letter. As offer letter even on mails, scan or word will go but in long term and for all the terms of your appointment, only Appointment letter is used.
If you are confirmed employee than surely you would have submitted all your documents. Do ask about Appointment Letter.
Best Of Luck!!
