Please solve one query on Bonus policy.
Our company is one year old. Few employess has joined two months before i.e. in the month of september'07.
Are these employees eligible for receiving bonus?
If yes then please clarify in each case :-
1. if compnay give bonus in the month of November'07.
2. If company give bonus in the month of March'07.
3. If the company is not earning any profit.
