I am working in one of the top company . I am an computer science engineer . Initially I was working as software bug fixer for 2 years . Now i am working as a executive , as a person who is managing the training for one of the service line . I need some guidance how this change from technical to non technical staff will effect my career. Whether I will be able to switch the company with this experience.I am expecting a positive reply from the team.

I changed my field from electrical engineering to industrial engineering and then to teaching management related topics, after acquiring relevant qualifications. I enjoyed my last vocation. We are not privy to what you like doing in the long term and, hence, can't give you concrete advice.
