I have been working in a firm for the past 7 months. One Monday, I didn't inform anyone and remained absent. My company directly sent me a message on WhatsApp stating that I am terminated. There was no written notice, no warning letter, nothing. They are saying my performance is not good. Most importantly, they are not giving me my experience certificate. They are only providing a termination letter with the reason being absent without informing.
Please help me with your suggestions. Am I eligible to get my experience certificate? And what salary should I receive? Please help.

You need to check the appointment letter to see if there is any clause regarding termination for unscheduled and uninformed leave. Generally, companies are expected to provide a notice period of 30 days in situations where they require the employee to leave.

I really feel bad for you, but you must check the terms and conditions of the appointment letter for the termination clause. These days, many companies have different policies for various grades of employees. It's better if you check with your superior and try to have a dialogue before taking any action.
Surely, if it's a performance-related issue, they will have to inform you officially before terminating you. Since you have been with this company for 7 years, you should be well aware of the policies more than anyone else. If the company does not care and just hires and fires employees, there is no worth in working for such an organization.

Punishment is disproportionate unless the same mistake had been done earlier, and the employee has been warned for it.
Are you a contract employee or a regular employee? What does your offer letter/appointment order say about the termination of the job?
One month's notice would have been necessary to terminate people in normal circumstances.
