Hello and Good Day to all fellow members. I'm in a bit of a bind here and in dire need of a NDA. It is going to be sent to our tax consultant whom we just hired (Independent/Outside Contractor, not an employee). Any help will be much aprreciated.

You will get many templates for NDA on the net.
But what you need is a specific NDA tailored to meet the needs of your organisation,based on type of transaction/business it does.
Consult a corporate lawyer who deals in such stuff,discuss nuts and bolts of the business and clauses to be put in to safe guard your commercial interests/financial interests.

I appreciate our suggestions. I did try to search online, however, the NDA's that I found does not cover financial data. What I need is something a little more specific to data protection along with non disclosure.

Any info in the internet would obviously be generic--you would need to tailor it to your ACTUAL needs.
But IF you need a tailor-made Template, like Nathrao suggested, consult a Corporate Lawyer.
OR use the Template available & sit with your Finance guys & add those clauses you wish to add.
