this is an excellent tool to assess if a person is aggressive or submissive of assertive in nature. this will be a good psychometric tool for any workshop that is dealing with communication, personality development, assertiveness, interpersonal relationship etc. you can continue with you topic following this.
i have used this in different forums of my training workshops and have found it very useful. iam sure you will also find it useful and interesting :)
also you can think of taking them through introduction of transactional analysis. to sum it up, you can say that people are of different personalities and if we can identify them through their behavior we can easily know their personality types. then the transaction (interaction) becomes easy to avoid conflicts between people.
