I am interested to know about the Myers & Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI). Can someone guide me? Is there any book available in India that I can use to learn how to use MBTI tools in my programs? (I am conducting programs for managers, executives, and floor-level employees.)

Hi,
I know about MBTI. The MBTI, by Catherine Briggs & Isabel Briggs Myers, questionnaire is given to the prospect. The MBTI Scoring Sheet can be used after that. Then, a specific trait is found, and one can read about it accordingly. For example, if it is ENTJ, i.e., Extroverted-Intuitive-Thinking-Judging. That way, you have:
ESFJ: Extroverted-Sensing-Feeling-Judging
ENTP, ISTJ, ESTP, ESTJ, ENTJ, ENTP, ESFJ............
Each description gives more information about a person related to general characteristics, family & life relationships, social life & leisure activities, work life, career, career choice, areas requiring improvement.
