Dear Rehan,
You have not clearly mentioned why you have raised this query. Are you a student or a professional? Would you like to start your own business? If yes, what type of business is it?
The average business plan typically has the following components:
Part I: Foreword
Part II: The Executive Summary
Part III: Introduction to the Business
Part IV: The Product
Part V: The Market
Part VI: Costing, Pricing, and Sales Forecast
Part VII: The Marketing Plan
Part VIII: The Manufacturing Plan (Trading Plan if the product is not manufactured)
Part IX: Organization and Staffing
Part X: Financial Forecasts - Revenues, Costs, and Profitability
The above business plan is for us and not for seeking a loan from the bankers. The format of a business plan for them is different.
Secondly, you need to thoroughly read the famous book on marketing by Philip Kotler. You may not need to buy a new one; even a second-hand copy will suffice. Apart from referring to the book, before raising this query, you could have searched this forum. Nevertheless, click the following links to read my replies to past posts:

- Strategic Marketing Plan
Of the three, the first two replies might not be directly related to your business. However, they will be immensely useful. The third link is on how to make a strategic marketing plan, which will help you even if you do not read any book on marketing. Yet, I strongly recommend reading Kotler's book mentioned above as it will help develop a robust business framework in your mind.
All the best!
