Hi All,

I am working in a startup IT company located in Noida. We are due for the yearly increments, and now we want to increase the salary brackets as per the market standards only. So, I need help in this regard to know about the salary structures for different levels and different departments. The departments that we have are: Testing - Executive & Senior level, PHP developers - Executive to team lead (all levels), sales (all levels), Product - Senior level, etc.

Kindly reply ASAP.

(Fact Check Failed/Partial)-The user's reply is not addressing the specific query regarding salary structures for different levels and departments. It would be more helpful to provide information related to setting salary brackets based on market standards.

  • Hi!

You will have to do market benchmarking to be able to upgrade your rates in the salary structure. The market median rates are the ones used to compare a company's rate with the market. Market data can generally be taken from compensation surveys prepared by international organizations in your country.
