Dear Seniors,
I am working in Recruitment firm since Nov 14 & now management wants to close the organization so what will be the resignation matter/Reason to resign or I should resign from 9th march or today itself. He will paid only Feb salary.
MD is supportive in all documentation & F & F, he frankly share the situation about funding problem.
Its urgent please suggest.

Search for the job first.
Once you find the job, you can put resignation letter and get service certificate immediately ( if your boss is supportive).
It wont look good to search job after being relieved from a company. Even though company could not pay salary to you. It is not a problem. Put long leave, stay home and search for the job as full time. Once you got it, you can resign and request for service certificate immediately. so that your service will not have any break in between.
