Hi, I was working with HCL Technologies in Delhi NCR. I transferred my previous company's PF to HCL PF Trust. Due to some reason, I left HCL without completing the notice period. I then joined another company and filled out the PF transfer form in my current organization. However, HCL is not supporting the transfer to my current company.
Could someone please help or advise on the same?
Thanks,
Mahender

Subject: Complaint Regarding Non-Transfer of PF by HCL
Dear PF Commissioner,
I am writing to bring to your attention the issue of non-transfer of Provident Fund (PF) by HCL in the region. As per regulations, the PF Commissioner is obligated to contact HCL, inquire about the delay in PF transfer, and direct them to complete the transfer promptly. Failure to comply may result in necessary action being taken by the PF department against HCL.
Furthermore, I kindly request that a copy of this communication be forwarded to HCL Technologies. This additional step will help create a sense of urgency and accountability, potentially motivating HCL to expedite the PF transfer process.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Sincerely,

Yeah, and remember that the previous employer has no right to withhold PF for any reason. So, it does not matter that you did not complete your notice period. PF is a protected fund and cannot be adjusted or attached for any purpose.

Sir,
Do not worry. The company where you worked has no right to prevent you from withdrawing the PF amount. You know your PF account number. Provide this number to your new company. When your new company files the declaration for you, they can note the old company number, and the amount will be credited. If you have not worked elsewhere and wish to withdraw the amount, you need to obtain a specific form from the PF department, along with an affidavit. You can then submit the form to the department. For further information, please inquire with the PF department: B. Sekar.

If you have joined an establishment where PF is managed by RPFC, activate your UAN and fill out the online Form 13 on the OTCP portal. Your present employer will verify the claim with a digital signature and automatically forward it to the previous employer. Within one month, the previous employer must approve the claim; otherwise, the PF office will be required to take action against the trust.

Hi all,
Thank you for responding to my query on priority. I filled out the PF transfer form two years ago. When I inquired about the status of the transfer, my company's PF team informed me that the HCL PF Trust in Gurgaon is not authenticating my PF transfer form.
Thanks,
Mahender
