l'm tasked with developing KPI's for software developers and CRM consultants in our organisation. I have never done this before and have very little knowlegde about KPIs. I would appreciate some guidance as to what should actualy be measured.

I think that following points can be used as KPIs for software developers:
1) Number of Bugs reported by QA team. Less the bugs better the performance.
2) Setting dead lines and judging whether the dead line have been met.
3) Lines of code written: lesser the lines of code written to develop the software better the code is and performance is.
4) Early achievement of dead lines.
