A very nice compendium of preparation points arranged in a good sequence. In my experience, there are two more areas that cause butterflies in the stomach.
First, people are skeptical about their lack of fluency in the language. They can certainly work on this in advance to gain confidence. Break big ideas into small sentences or bullet points.
Secondly, whatever is presented, a presenter should be thorough about his subject. In the audience, he can expect all sorts of people. Two important classifications: Those who support and those who oppose a thought. The presenter should try to garner support to his advantage. In a tight situation, encourage them to speak as you mentally gather your own points.
