Dear Tariq,

You have not provided basic information such as the nature of your industry, your designation, and the reason for requesting this information. What do you mean by "indicator"? Are you looking to measure the training effectiveness or just the effectiveness of the training department?

Dear Dinesh,

Hope you are doing well. I highly appreciate your reply. Sorry for the incomplete information. This is something new for me, and I was looking for help on this. My designation is Supervisor of Training, and I am working in a company that deals with trading and services.

I needed something to present to the management regarding the trainings required for the departments. I have already created the training calendar, but my manager informed me that we need to include training indicators. This will enable us to provide the management with information to take a positive step towards Training and Development.
