Hi,
I need to implement new HR policies as per the statute for a Cake shop based at Kolkata. Please guide me about the Holiday list, OT and attendance policies and any other mandate as required under the shops and establishment act. Looking for all of your cooperation..

Dear Sayani,

While designing policies for your organisation, you need to divide policies in two categories viz statutory policies and HR policies. For former, it is better to hire a local consultant.
