Hi Everybody,
I'm glad to see response of practising 5S in Office Enviornment. 5S is basic tool of Kaizen / Lean implementation tools. If any of the Consultant is not starting with 5S, then Change in Human cannot come or Ownership cannot be coming up. So Sustainbility will not be there. These simple change of culture.
These is my practical experience and has implemented more than 100 companies in every sectors.
Anybody want more guidance in these regard do write..
