Hi Srika,
Have you tried Cite HR Archives?
Please type “Soft skills” inside the box WHAT DO YOU NEED
that you find in the title bar right above.
After typing in the box, press the 'research' button next to it.
You will get lot of information.
You can also refer "Related Information" and 'Download Thread'
that you find in the right side of this message.
Repeat the process for "Personlity Development"

Post your CV to some of the soft skill training organisations and get involved in getting a practical coaching in obtaining the skills. You have to follow the suggestions from others about visiting some cites, reading books etc in order to develop the required skills faster. When you could regularly able to display the acquired skills, they become your competencies which could give an ease of performance in your chosen field.
Regards and all the best

Training is not a 'one size fits all' proposition.
I find myself repeating this over and over and over again at CiteHR.
Please do a TNA first to establish exactly what skills your staff need, and then write your course to cover the relevant learning outcomes needed.
We don't know your staff so any training we have will be useless, as it applies to our organisation and its requirements.
As a new trainer, you should take this opportunity to develop and write your own training materials, as your were taught when you did your training qualification studies.
Standing in front of a group and reading someone else's irrelevant ppt IS NOT TRAINING.
